Jason was raised in the Pacific Northwest then joined the United States Marine Corp and graduated from the United States Naval Academy.

He taught physics, math, and engineering at a local private school in southern California.

Jason enjoys playing sports, hiking, bicycle riding, working out, reading, and spending time with family. He is currently in the final months of completing his doctorate degree in education from the University of Southern California.
