Ann Stucki joined the college counseling team at Wasatch Academy in 2017. She loves working with juniors and seniors at this exciting point in their lives. She is student focused and seeks to ensure students are aware of their options and know how to look for and utilize resources.
She studied sociocultural anthropology at BYU and later received her Master of Social Work at the University of Utah. She was one of two students in her graduate cohort to receive the Faculty Award of Outstanding Scholarship and Promise. Prior to graduate school, for two years she was an AmeriCorps Volunteer working with medically underserved populations in Utah.
She was raised in the Midwest and lived and worked for over two years in various locations in Central and South America. While she and her husband were raising their young children, they spent six years traveling full time with her husband’s opera career. They went from Japan to Israel, all over Europe, and around the US, Mexico, and Canada.
Currently she is a board member for Friends of Historic Spring City and enjoys historic preservation. She appreciates time with family, visiting museums and national parks, traveling, and breathing fire.
