Jan J. Korvick approaches education with the same meticulous attention to detail and sense of wonder that one might find on a scientific expedition. Outfitted with an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Forestry and Resource Conservation with a Concentration in Geomatics from the University of Florida, Jan is no stranger to the intricacies of both the natural world and the realm of mathematics.

Specializing in Algebra 3, Environmental Science, and Chemistry, Jan brings a multidisciplinary approach to the classroom, blending the precision of math with the exploratory nature of science.

Beyond the academic sphere, Jan's interests expand into areas that reflect a deep curiosity about how things work, whether it’s dissecting the chemical reactions in a recipe, strategizing over a chessboard, or navigating the unpredictable terrain of a mountain trail. Hiking, skiing, and biking provide outlets for exploration, while time with family anchors everything in perspective.
