Opportunities for Sanpete Residents
What is the Sanpete
Scholars program?
For 150 years, Wasatch Academy has proudly been part of the Sanpete County community, contributing to its rich history and growth. We celebrate this milestone with gratitude for the partnerships and support that has allowed us to welcome generations of students from around the world and local community. As a way of saying thank you, we have created the Sanpete Scholars program.
Each year, two day students from Sanpete County will receive a full scholarship covering 100% tuition to Wasatch Academy for the duration of the student’s high school career. Runners up will receive scholarships ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 annually towards tuition.
All Utah applicants are also encouraged to apply for the UEFA Scholarship program to support any remaining education expenses after scholarship dollars have been applied.
We invite students entering grades 9 through 11 for the 2025-26 academic year to apply for the Sanpete Scholars program during the inaugural year. After which time, only rising 9th graders will be eligible to apply for the Sanpete Scholars program.
